    By using Tripsy Fare you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Violation of these terms may result in legal action taken by Tripsy Fare and its affiliates.
  • Pricing on the Website:
    Our prices generally include accommodation charges taxes (unless otherwise specified) and in some cases select meals. Personal expenses and additional charges such as telephone calls personal services entrance fees to monuments and bar charges are not included. While Tripsy Fare strives to offer competitive fares prices are subject to seat availability specific sector selection booking timing and the terms and conditions of airlines or third-party service providers.
  • Payment Methods & Policies:
    Tripsy Fare's payment gateway ensures secure transactions protecting your personal security codes. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Maestro, RuPay) net banking (major banks supported) wallets (MobKwik, PhonePe, AmazonPay, and others) UPI, Google Pay, EMI (HSBC, RBL, ICICI and others) PayPal and ePayLater (Travel Now, Pay Later).
  • Use of the Website:
    When using our website you agree that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Use and will abide by them. You must use the website for lawful bookings only and you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. If you have an account on our site safeguard your login details as you are responsible for any account misuse. Tripsy Fare reserves the right to deny website access for any reason including violations of our Terms of Use
  • Communication Policy:
    Upon transacting with Tripsy Fare you will receive transaction status emails. Ensure you provide the correct email address. SMS alerts are provided for customer convenience but are not mandatory and Tripsy Fare is not liable for undelivered SMS messages. Customers are responsible for checking flight schedules, cancellations and airline or hotel statuses.
  • Booking Policy:
    Various booking policies apply to different aspects of your travel, including air tickets, infants, children and accommodations. Ensure that you follow the specific policies mentioned for each booking type. You are required to pay the entire amount before booking confirmation.
  • Booking Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
    Booking changes and cancellations may incur charges according to the airline's policy. Tripsy Fare also levies cancellation service charges. Some bookings are non-refundable, and customers must request refunds within 90 days for no-show or unutilized bookings.
  • Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
    Our holiday packages have specific cancellation charges depending on the timing of cancellation.
  • Refund Policy:
    Refunds are processed upon receiving cancellation requests and are subject to airline/hotel/transporter policies. Refunds may be credited to your original payment method or to your Tripsy Fare wallet, depending on the age of the booking.
  • Refunds in Cases of Insolvency or Bankruptcy:
    Tripsy Fare is not liable for refunds if airlines or hotels close operations or declare insolvency. We may refund amounts based on assurances from airlines/hotels but reserve the right to recover refunded amounts if they cease operations.
  • Copyright & Trademark:
    Copying or using Tripsy Fare's materials, trademarks, and services without permission is prohibited.
  • Availability Rules of Service:
    Products and services offered on the site may not be available in all locations. Rules and regulations of service providers apply to each product and service.
  • Visa Guidelines:
    Travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas. International bookings are subject to visa requirements and Tripsy Fare is not responsible for issues related to visa requirements.
  • Transmitted Material:
    Internet communications are not completely private or secure. Tripsy Fare is not responsible for intercepted messages or information unless encryption is provided
  • Offers, Contests and Interactions:
    Participation in offers and contests on our site is subject to specific rules outlined for each promotion.
  • Disclaimer and No Warranties:

  • Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes:
    You may be charged extra for hikes in entrance fees, fuel costs, guide charges and other services after tour package rates are finalized. Government-mandated tax increases are also payable by clients.
  • General Terms:
    Tripsy Fare provides information about hotels, airlines, transportation and railways but clients should make personal inquiries for clarification. We are not responsible for luggage loss or damage, delays due to unforeseen circumstances or any personal errors.
  • Credit Policy for Travel Agents:
    Travel agents using credit from Tripsy Fare must adhere to credit terms. Failure to clear credit may result in legal action.
  • Unaccompanied Child:
    Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during travel.
  • Airline Pregnancy Rules:
    Pregnant passengers should consult a doctor before traveling and follow airline-specific pregnancy rules.
  • Flight Cancellation Coverage:
    Customers may claim flight cancellation refunds due to medical reasons or carrier delays under specific policy coverage.
